At least 6 months before your wedding to allow time for stock to be ordered and wording, font selection and guest list to be provided.
Approximately 8 weeks before the wedding. It can be earlier if guests have to travel and if they will need to make accommodation arrangements.
Usually 2-4 weeks. Once you place your order, you will need to provide your preferred wording and font selection, as well as a guest list. These can often take a while to organise so it’s best to get started as soon as you can.
We most likely can help but it can depend on how many you need and if we have the supplies in stock. Contact us to discuss your requirements.
No we don’t – we bring our designs to you. If you have travelled to Canberra from interstate, you are welcome to drop in or we can make arrangements to meet somewhere that is convenient for you.
We are available for meetings after hours and on weekends.
Yes. All designs on our website can be adapted to suit your wedding theme. This includes the card, colours, embellishments and size.
It depends on the design but we are happy to help if we can.
Yes. Please contact us if you would like a free sample of any of the stationery on our website.
Yes, we can print guest names onto your invitations at no extra charge.
Yes, we can print addresses onto envelopes at no extra charge.
It depends which style you choose and how many you order. You can find average prices on our pricing page but we can provide an exact quote once we know your requirements.
No, there is no minimum order – we will happily accommodate all requests.
No. We ask for a 50% deposit and the remainder on completion of your order.
Not if you are local – we deliver the completed order to you to post. Postage can be arranged for interstate orders.
Yes. If they are square or A5 size, it will cost $1.40 for postage in Australia.
Yes, we can make RSVP cards, wishing well cards, accommodation cards, order of service books, menus, bomboniere, placecards and thank you cards. We will happily accommodate other requests too, just ask us.
Not necessarily. Many people now include an email address or phone number at the bottom of the invitation.
Yes but you are also welcome to come back to us at a later stage. We can provide an initial quote for these and adjust the final invoice once exact guest numbers are provided.
Of course. You will be charged the same unit cost as your original order.
